With the launch of See, Speak, Surf - it's combined TV, Internet and home phone offering - Sky had become a national player in the converged communications and entertainment market. More and more customers were coming to their website to get the details and sign up.
With a view to improving conversion rates and shortening the sales cycle, Sky engaged us to make the site a friendlier place, front and back. We did it by turning to the experts: the very people who'd be using the site.
