Dover Corporation Project
Silo demolition. We do that, too.
Dover Corporation is a massive, multi-sector conglomerate.
Thirty-one thousand employees and $6 billion-plus in annual sales. They own companies in 37 countries. And while Dover doesn't expect them all to share a culture, it does expect them to share information.
Using still-beta MOSS 2007 code, we built Dover a new extranet portal that helps the right people come together at the right times. They're using it to centralise financial data, share best practices, streamline supply chain management and tighten procurement.
Dover's world is getting a little bit smaller. Can't say the same about their bottom line.
