My role is to look after both Conchango and Client objectives. For the Conchango team, I'm the voice of the client -- which means I ask those awkward questions. For the client team I'm the single point of accountability for Conchango. So in many ways I act like the referee, ensuring the fair play on both sides that leads to a win-win result.

The bit of my job I love best is watching a happy, incentivised team in a great environment delivering incredible solutions. Often I play Devil's advocate and often I just make the tea - roles of equal importance!
