I run the team that gets all the behind-the-scenes stuff done so our consultants can focus on what interests them. Resourcing, training, career development; we have a hand in them all and more. It’s challenging and non-stop but I know I’m actually making a difference.

I spend my time with a bunch of people I enjoy working with and going out with after work which helps explain why I’m still here after 8 years. I’m also married to the Head of Internal Systems – it’s the kind of place to build relationships!
